Wooo...a lot has happened over the past two months....moving back home, moving into a new home, starting two new jobs, and then my nutrition program starting in less than a month. All good things, but it isn't till this past week that I feel like I have finally gotten my footing. I am working out more, taking the time to prepare my meals, and mainly just slowing down to process everything. I have found my routine again.
The past few weeks while trying to catch up with everything I have been feeling sluggish and not myself. When coming home late from work I would instantly head to the kitchen for a glass of wine and then linger in the bath tub, followed by some chocolate covered oreos in bed...yup! After a few weeks of this my body was feeling dull and without energy.

This past week of some hard running and sweaty vinyasa flow, I smile in bed as I stretch out my sore happy muscles in the morning. Color has retuned to my plate and I am remembering my breath. I feel like me again...
Some thoughts~
like the ocean, life brings us many different waves, but we always find our balance and footing, as we dig our feet into the sand and brace ourselves for the next coming wave.
